Customer Care Professional FR/ENG/DUTCH
As a Customer Care Professional, you will be part of an amazing team which develops lasting relationships with the clients. Quality first !
Your main responsibilities are :
- Handle customer data maintenance and information requests received in writing or transferred by customer facing colleagues.
- Contacting clients for missing/incomplete information.
- Investigate and problem solve to clear discrepancies.
- Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders.
Your strengths to make the difference ?
- Fluent in English, French and Dutch is essential
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Being good with numbers is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and listening skills
- Team player who demonstrates self-motivation & ability to work under pressure and unsupervised.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented and positive.
- Ability to work in shifts.
